Our mission is to lift urban students (through mentoring) to higher levels in their Grades, Attendance and Maturity to Empower them to be leaders.

Grades (Academics)

We want to see 80% of our students improve in at least one of their classes.


Attendance (Academics & Character)

We want to see 80% of our students improve their attendance throughout the school year.


Maturity (Character)

We want to see 80% of our students improve in their character by developing positive character qualities.


Empowerment (Leadership)

We want to see 80% of our students empowered to be leaders.
